What We?re Looking For

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, professional, organized, and comfortable working directly with the public to help clients understand and obtain appropriate insurance coverage. This role is best suited for someone who holds a CAIB Level 1 license, or is considering advancing their career into Commercial insurance / has a Level 2 license, and enjoys building client relationships while working in a team environment.

Key Requirements

* Experience in insurance services, particularly personal lines * Level 1 license required * Commercial experience / Level 2 license considered an asset * Strong customer service and communication skills * Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of learning quickly * Must be bondable * Successful completion of Criminal Record and Credit Checks

In this role you will:

* Deliver outstanding service to a portfolio of personal insurance clients while fostering long-term relationships (and Commercial clients when/if Level 2 licensed). * Coordinate all aspects of policy administration, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, amendments, and cancellations. * Place new business opportunities. * Ensure client information and documentation are maintained accurately within company systems. * Advocate for clients during claims by providing proactive support and clear communication from start to resolution.
