_All positions start at part time hours, with the opportunity to increase to more hours if desired._
*Duties*
* Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials and other skin treatments, waxing, manicure and pedicures, lash lifts and tints, etc. with precision and care * Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products * Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments and managing client flow efficiently * Recommend retail products by educating clients on their benefits to enhance their skincare routines * Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client needs and addressing concerns promptly * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas to ensure a safe environment
*Qualifications*
* Poccess an esthetics diploma from an accredited school * Hands on experience providing a variety of esthetic services * An understanding and appreciation for the importance of home care products and retail recommendations * Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members confidently * Experience front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes is an asset but not required * Passion for customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor * Ability to work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends as needed, although the schedule usually operates on a set repeating basis
