The Post Garage Manager ensures all fleet operations comply with legislative, regulatory, policy, and safety requirements while overseeing the maintenance, repair, outfitting, and lifecycle management of specialized police vehicles and equipment. The role provides strategic leadership through the development and management of long-term business, financial, human resource, preventative maintenance, and emergency preparedness plans, while also offering expert advice on fleet investment, acquisition, modification, and disposal decisions. The position leads the delivery of fleet assets and services across the Division by managing facilities, equipment, inventory, quality assurance programs, and external service contracts.
