TCR Machining manufactures and assembles a premium product line of copper wire recycling machines. We are a quality focused and fast-growing company looking to find hands-on and motivated individuals to join our team. Working for us will provide a good and stable job for the right person. With on-the-job training, specific skills are not needed, however a positive and work oriented attitude is essential.

o Salary: $19 - $20 / hour
o Hours: 7:00am ? 4:00pm Full-time permanent day shift
o Overtime: If required
o Benefits: Medical and dental included after 3 months probation period

*Roles and Responsibilities:*
o Produce sub assemblies and complete assemblies for the StripMeister Original
o Use fixtures, hand tools and power tools to assemble parts
o Follow established standardized operating procedures
o Verify quality by inspecting completed assemblies
o Recognize when there is a problem and inform supervisor
o Clean and maintain work area and equipment
o Perform other duties as assigned
*Skills/Qualifications:*
o Capable of performing repetitive work
o Ability to maintain a high level of quality
o Work experience in a manufacturing environment
o Fluent communication in English
o High school diploma
