About this role
We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Cook to join our team in Brampton.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Kebabs, Paneer Tikka and other tandoori items * Prepare Naan, Roti and other tandoor breads * Handle marination and food preparation * Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation * Keep the kitchen and tandoor station clean and organized * Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Tandoor Cook * Good knowledge of Indian/Punjabi cuisine * Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen * Reliable and punctual * Available for evenings and weekends
