Kings Janitorial II Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated *Cleaning Supervisor* to oversee commercial cleaning operations throughout the Annapolis Valley.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support cleaning staff. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. * Train and mentor new employees. * Cover shifts when required. * Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites. * Troubleshoot cleaning concerns and floor cleaning equipment. * Complete nightly reports and communicate with management. * Maintain excellent client relationships. * Ensure company policies, safety standards, and cleaning procedures are followed.
Qualifications
* Previous commercial cleaning experience is an asset * Supervisory experience is an asset. * Experience operating auto scrubbers, burnishers, and other commercial cleaning equipment. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. * Ability to obtain a Criminal Record Check and Federal Security Clearance. * Steel-toe footwear * Flexible to work days, evenings, overnights, and occasional weekends as needed. * WHMIS Certificate or willing to obtain one
