Go Wash, Port Coquitlam?s first state-of-the-art Eco-Friendly car wash facility is seeking a customer care attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be accountable for up keep of the Go Wash site and assisting our customers. This position is perfect for a college or university student, or someone who is semiretired. Duties include, but are not limited to:
*Responsibilities and Duties*
- Promoting and selling the features, advantages and benefits and Go Wash fleet cards and the Go Wash cleaning experience.
- Delivering exceptional customer experience
- Tracking, accurately recording and reporting daily tasks
- General cleaning and maintaining the site
*Qualifications and Skills*
- High school diploma required
- Demonstrated success in customer service and sales
- Working with defined goals and/or quotas
- Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to retain a large amount of product and operational information
- Positive ?can-do? attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
