About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Order merchandise. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Plan and maintain production schedules. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Sort the technical problems in order to help the employee with established procedures. Develop quality management and quality assurance standards. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
