About this role
Education: College/CEGEP. Construction engineering technology/technician. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects. Project cash flow and financing requirements. Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Plan and estimate labour and materials. Maintain accurate records. Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers. Identify customers' needs . Experience: Experience an asset. Workplace information: On the road job.
