Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Spanish; Castilian. Tasks: Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets. Calculate premiums. Establish client insurance coverage. Establish method of payment. Identify potential markets. Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed. Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries. Provide customer service. Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features. Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance. Answer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers' accounts. Examine and verify the accuracy of work . Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Provincial or territorial licence. Insurance experience: Property/casualty insurance. Commercial insurance. Automobile insurance. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?.
