Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Provide information/training to employers, employees and general public. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Inspect workplaces for safety or health hazards. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Investigate workplace accidents or illnesses. Manage training and development strategies. Develop and implement health and safety plans.
