Education: College/CEGEP. Work setting: Retail service establishment. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
