Education: Master's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Home care and visiting care agency. Nursing home/home for the aged. Tasks: Analyse clients' capabilities and expectations related to life activities through observation, interviews and formal assessments. Consult and advise on health promotion programs to prevent disabilities and to maximize independent function in all activities of life. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Eligible for professional liability insurance. Vulnerable sector check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
