Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Child welfare. Early intervention programming for at-risk youth. Programs dealing with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). Work setting: Group home. Rural area. Tasks: Provide suicide and crisis intervention. Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. Implement behaviour management programs. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate. Medication Administration Certificate. First Aid Certificate.
