Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Plan, set up and administer accounting systems. Supervise staff. Train staff. Arrange training for staff. Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control. Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices. Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure. Examine accounting records. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Supervision: 3-4 people. Area of specialization: Accounting.
