About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Build pallets. Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products. Pick orders and stock. Weigh materials and goods. Make labels and attach to goods. Wrap goods. Pack and unpack goods. Sort, crate and stack goods. Install, lash and secure goods. Transport and distribute materials and goods. Organize and maintain inventory. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Experience: No experience (will train). Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
