Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Develop policies. Evaluate communication strategies and programs. Implement communication strategies and programs. Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content. Supervise staff. Train staff. Plan development projects. Recruit and hire staff. Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities. Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
