Furthermore, you will support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. You are expected to respect the dignity and preferences of our residents while contributing to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment. To join us in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We seek individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support to each resident. The role offers ongoing training opportunities, allowing for career development and potential progression to roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing.
