Position Summary:
The Junior Contract Administrator role supports the overall management of contracts and entity records across corporate enterprise in collaboration with other contract administrators and members of the Legal and Compliance Department. This role assists in organizing, managing, and evaluating contracts and other required documents executed on behalf of the various enterprise organizations. The Junior Contract Administrator helps to ensure that all key stakeholders are aware of the key contract terms and conditions. The Junior Contract Administrator also works closely with the other members of the Legal and Compliance Department to identify local and federal laws applicable to contracts and other corporate documents entered into by the various enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, solid business acumen, collegial attitude, and excellent organizational skills.
Essential Duties or Responsibilities:
• Manages and organizes all business contracts and agreements that are submitted for legal review.
• With appropriate guidance and oversight from members of the Legal and Compliance Department, negotiates basic contract terms with internal and external business partners and prepares contract terms accordingly.
• Analyzes and assesses the potential risks involved and works with leadership to ensure dissemination of information to affected key stakeholders.
• Communicate deadlines and key conditions described in contracts to appropriate key stakeholders to help ensure such terms are clearly understood and satisfied.
• Monitors existing contracts, entity filings, and DPA quarterly and annual reporting requirements to ensure all renewals, mandatory compliance and performance filings, and required payments are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Proactively stays up to date with legislative changes and coordinates with the other members of the Legal and Compliance Department as needed.
• Maintains an organized system of physical (as required) and digital records of all contracts and entity filings entered on behalf of the various enterprise organizations.

Experience and Education:
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in review, preparation, negotiation, and monitoring of proposals and contracts.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical data and specifications.

• Possess a strong sense of urgency, follow-through, and diligence, including meeting deadlines and the ability to organize and keep track of multiple sources of information simultaneously.

Computer Software/Hardware:
• Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook), Internet
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
• Must be able to stand and sit for long periods, talking, and listening constantly
• Typing, data entry on screens daily
• Sit in front of a computer monitor(s) daily
• Will require long hours and some weekends when business needs dictate
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Moderate noise level daily in an office atmosphere
