Your role:
• Enter quotes into the eXtend software.
• Open and close work orders. (Internal, External, Customer, Inter-Branch, Warranty, Recall Campaigns, Maintenance Contracts, Assembly, etc.)
• Open and update HotLinks for work orders.
• Track maintenance contracts.
• Issue order numbers to suppliers (external purchases).
• Enter labor data.
• Submit payroll.
• Maintain service vehicle records.
• Open and update OHS records.
• Create and update equipment records within the service department.
• Maintain various reports related to service department management. (Report Manager)
• Track departmental expenses.
• Perform various tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.
What you bring:
• DEP or Attestation of Collegial Studies in administration.
• Basic technical knowledge of Construction Equipment and Forestry.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office suite.
• Knowledge of Komatsu products is an asset.
