Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this UGI Technical Manager opportunity. This is a hybrid position.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
• Assist chairside UGI Customers
• Facilitate Training and Education while at customer
• Provide technical support for restorative solutions
• Treatment Plan and Consultation
• Process communications in a timely manner and record all interactions
• Participate in education programs focused on UGI Customer Base
• Provide technical support to the Director of UGI for marketing/education/clinical tools
• Facilitate laboratory facing interactions on specific case needs
• Work with vendor partners to continue to advance
• Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback
• Work with UGI team members and assist with programs as needed
• Train potential new team members to join UGI Focused Team
• All other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
• Must be highly experienced in restorative solutions to provide full-service restoration recommendations
• Must be highly experienced within all areas of the dental laboratory including CAD/CAM, Crown & Bridge, Removables, Ceramics and Implant Restorations
• Must be highly motivated and knowledgeable in esthetics, occlusion, dental materials, and case design
• Must be comfortable conversing with dental clinicians, general practitioners, and specialists regarding all aspects of case planning and execution
• Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Verbally communicate in person and via telephone-maintaining a positive demeanor
• Verbally communicate with all levels of staff-maintaining a positive demeanor

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
• Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental environment
• Preferred: CDT designation
• Preferred: Production experience
• Preferred: Customer Service experience
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
• All Dental Laboratory Equipment and chemicals
Physical Requirements:
• Perform tasks at multiple workstations standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
