About this role

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and professional networks

• Craft and send compelling cold emails (InMail) and messages to passive candidates to introduce H Mart opportunities and generate interest

• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for various corporate positions

• Schedule interviews, meetings, and assessments between candidates and hiring teams

• Manage and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate status, feedback, and correspondence

• Assist in the organization and management of resumes, applications, and other recruitment-related documentation

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and company career sites

• Monitor job board postings and refresh content to maintain visibility

• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure all parties are informed of interview logistics

• Prepare interview materials, including candidate profiles and interview evaluation forms

• Collect feedback from interviewers and assist in debriefing discussions

• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

• Assist in preparing new hire documentation and conducting pre-employment checks

• Maintain organized files and records related to recruitment and hiring

• Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and candidate progress

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

Qualifications / Skills:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational, time management, planning and problem solving skills

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed or other sourcing tools

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mon - Fri

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
