About this role
主要职责/Primary Responsibilities: 1.生产设备日常运维管理 / Daily Operation & Maintenance of Production Equipment （1）落实生产设备的日常巡检、故障快速维修，保障稼动率/Complete daily patrol and rapid breakdown repair of production equipment to guarantee equipment availability rate. （2）制定标准化维保计划，执行预防性保养，记录并归档设备台账/Formulate standardized maintenance plans, implement preventive maintenance, record and archive equipment files. （3）建立设备台账、维修记录、保养档案，分析故障并优化改善/Set up equipment ledgers, repair records and maintenance files, analyze failures and implement optimization improvements. 2.设备改造、升级与工装优化 / Equipment Modification, Upgrade & Tooling Optimization （1）根据生产需求开展设备技改、性能升级，优化设备运行参数/Carry out technical transformation and performance upgrade of equipment based on production demands, optimize equipment operating parameters. （2）配合新产品试制，完成测试工装夹具调试并优化和升级/Support trial production of new products, complete commissioning, optimization and upgrading of test tooling and fixtures. （3）负责设备状态评估，完善新旧设备申请、验收、报废、大修可行性方案/Evaluate equipment status, formulate feasible plans for application, acceptance, scrapping and major overhaul of new and old equipment. 3.成本与备件管理 / Cost & Spare Parts Management （1）统计设备维修、保养、技改费用，做好成本核算与管控/Calculate expenses of equipment repair, maintenance and technical transformation, conduct cost accounting and control. （2）梳理备品备件清单，申报采购、管控库存，合理控制备件消耗/Sort out spare parts list, apply for procurement, manage inventory and reasonably control spare parts consumption. 4.团队与安全管理 / Team & EHS Management （1）编写设备安全操作指导，培训员工基础维护，杜绝设备安全事故/Compile equipment safe operation instructions, train staff on basic maintenance to eliminate equipment safety accidents. （2）严格遵守车间安全规范，落实设备安全防护检查，支持安全观察的持续改善/Strictly abide by workshop safety regulations, conduct regular inspection of equipment safety guards, and support continuous improvement via safety observation activities. 5. 船级社产品认证管理 / Product Classification Society Certification Management （1）每月制定产品认证需求及计划 /Monthly formulation of product certification requirements and plans. （2）编制认证资料，协调现场审核工作 / Preparation of certification materials and coordination with on-site audits. （3）认证后续管理及发票处理 / Subsequent management of certifications and invoice processing. （4）认证费用核算 / Certification cost accounting.3.Workshop Statistics & Office Support 6.其他工作职责/Other Responsibilities （1）支持设备和布局的持续改善建议/Support continuous improvement proposals for equipment and layout optimization. （2）完成上级安排的其他工作任务/Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors 基本要求 / Qualifications Required: 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，可独立完成设备数据统计与分析/Proficient in Office software, able to independently complete equipment data statistics and analysis 具备优秀的跨部门沟通、协调能力/Possess excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills 欧美外企设备管理相关经验优先/Prior experience in equipment management within European and American foreign enterprises is preferred 教育程度/ Education： 大专及以上学历/ Junior college degree or above 机电一体化、电气自动化等相关专业/Majored in Mechatronics, Electrical Automation or related fields 工作经验/ Working experience 5年及以上工厂机电设备运维、技改相关从业经验/5+ years of working experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance and technical transformation 精通机床、测试设备机械、电气故障排查维修/Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of machine tools and test equipment 有 TPM 推行、设备改善项目落地经验优先/Experience in TPM implementation and equipment improvement projects is preferred 专门知识/ Specific knowledge
掌握机械传动、液压、气动、电气控制基础原理/Master basic principles of mechanical transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical control 能看懂电气原理图，读懂基础 PLC 控制程序/Able to read electrical schematic drawings and basic PLC programs
语言能力/ Language skills 英语读写流利/Fluent spoken and written English are required;
