The Home Delivery Driver Helper plays a crucial role in delivering products to designated locations. Primary Job Functions
This section describes the primary /essential responsibilities that this job performs.
• Responsible for loading products into trucks with driver and going to customers' homes on pre-routed trips. Delivery can range from drop at doorstep to full set up of product in home.
• Following the best practices for safety while loading or unloading a truck
• Communicating with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members to make deliveries.
• Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
• Follow all OSHA and Company established safety rules and procedures

• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
• Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
Job Qualifications
Education: High School, Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
• 6 months to 1 year delivery experience preferred
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Maintain confidentiality
Compensation: This position pays an hourly rate of $18.50 - $22.50
