What You Will Do:
This is a temporary full-time position required up to January 31, 2028.
In this unionized position of Temporary - Associate, Regulatory, you will play an essential role within our Operations Team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Support preparation of financial and business operations data and conduct preliminary analysis for the Regulatory Operations and Rates functions.
• Assist in the preparation of external routine regulatory applications, information requests, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing Regulatory and Legal Affairs deliverables.
• Conduct research on regulatory matters
What You Will Bring:
• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of experience in financial/business data analysis, accounting, or a related area, preferably within a regulated utility environment.
• Advanced skills on Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in financial systems and data analytics tools (e.g., JD Edwards, Power BI) and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling skills, with experience working with financial and operational data.
• High attention to detail and an analytical mindset, including the ability to identify trends and insights from complex datasets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to understand financial data relationships and assess the impact of business and operational changes.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities within tight deadlines.
