Full Time FIFO role, 8/6 roster with 6% site allowance Occupational Health & Safety Advisor position at Gruyere Gold Mine The Opportunity: You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to embed Gold Fields’ safety values, shape critical conversations, and support a culture where people look out for themselves and each other. You’ll make a meaningful impact by building a strong, proactive safety culture beyond systems and compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and grow by contributing, delivering, collaborating, innovating, and developing for our Health & Safety Function at Gruyere Gold Mine .
