Job Purpose Lead the planning, governance, and execution of strategic culture interventions that support CIMB’s culture priorities and Forward30 ambitions.

The role drives stakeholder engagement, programme excellence, and adoption outcomes through the successful delivery of flagship initiatives, including the EPICC Excellence Awards, Purpose Dialogue, wellbeing programmes, and other culture activation initiatives. Key Responsibilities EPICC Excellence Awards & Employee Recognition • Lead the end-to-end planning, governance, and execution of the EPICC Excellence Awards and other employee recognition programmes. • Manage programme frameworks, nominations, assessments, judging processes, finalist management, and recognition activities to ensure fairness, consistency, and credibility. • Partner with senior leaders, judges, HR stakeholders, Key Focal Points, and business representatives to drive participation, alignment, and programme success. • Curate a differentiated and memorable finalist journey through concierge support, engagement activities, communications, and recognition touchpoints. • Lead the development and delivery of high-impact recognition experiences, including Awards Night, to deliver a world-class celebration of excellence. • Engage senior leadership and programme sponsors to drive advocacy, visibility, and participation across the Group. • Develop and sustain an active community of EPICC Excellence Awards winners and finalists to strengthen connections, encourage knowledge-sharing, and reinforce desired culture behaviours. • Leverage award recipients as advocates and role models to promote EPICC values and support ongoing culture activation initiatives. • Manage programme budgets, procurement activities, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery. • Analyse programme outcomes and stakeholder feedback to improve programme effectiveness and employee impact. Purpose Dialogue & Leadership Culture Activation • Lead the planning, governance, and execution of Purpose Dialogue as a key leadership culture intervention aligned with CIMB’s culture priorities. • Partner with regional HR teams and business stakeholders across markets to ensure alignment and successful programme delivery. • Coordinate the selection, onboarding, training, and capability development of internal faculty to ensure delivery excellence and consistency. • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and participants to drive programme ownership, advocacy, and adoption. • Manage external partners and facilitators to ensure programme quality, knowledge transfer, and achievement of intended outcomes. • Track participation, feedback, collective scorecard outcomes, and programme effectiveness, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Wellbeing & Employee Experience Programmes • Lead the planning, governance, and execution of employee wellbeing initiatives that support employee engagement, resilience, and overall employee experience. • Develop and deliver a holistic wellbeing calendar covering physical, mental, emotional, social, and financial wellbeing priorities. • Partner with HR stakeholders, business leaders, subject matter experts, and external providers to drive programme impact and participation. • Manage wellbeing partners, speakers, facilitators, programme budgets, and procurement activities to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery. • Drive programme awareness, participation, and adoption through targeted engagement and activation strategies. • Monitor participation, feedback, and programme outcomes, and recommend enhancements to improve employee wellbeing and programme effectiveness. Team Supervision & Development • Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to team members to ensure successful programme delivery. • Assign priorities, coordinate workloads, and monitor progress to ensure timely execution. • Support team capability development through coaching, feedback, and knowledge-sharing. • Review deliverables and maintain high standards across programme execution and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline, such as: • Marketing • Advertising • Business • Economics • Mass Communications • Education • Organisational Psychology

Experience • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience managing employee engagement, employee recognition, leadership development, or culture initiatives. • Proven track record in managing complex end-to-end programmes, from design and implementation through governance and evaluation. • Experience engaging senior leaders, facilitators, HR stakeholders, and external partners to deliver successful programme outcomes. • Experience managing enterprise-wide events, recognition programmes, or leadership interventions involving multiple stakeholders and high visibility. • Experience managing programme budgets, procurement activities, and external vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery. Technical & Functional Competencies • Strong experience managing complex employee engagement, recognition, leadership development, or culture programmes from end to end. • Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders, HR stakeholders, judges, facilitators, vendors, and cross-functional teams. • Skilled in managing programme plans, budgets, timelines, risks, reporting, and governance requirements. • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience delivering high-impact employee events, leadership interventions, recognition programmes, and participant experiences. • Experience managing external vendors, consultants, procurement activities, and programme budgets. • Ability to track programme performance, analyse feedback, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Leadership & Personal Competencies • Ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive successful programme outcomes. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes within tight timelines. • Ability to anticipate issues, evaluate options, and implement practical solutions. • Comfortable managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex stakeholder environments. • Open to feedback and committed to adopting best practices and innovative approaches. Additional Information • Travel may be required as and when necessary. • The role provides day-to-day supervision and development support to team members. • The role has Group-wide impact through the delivery of flagship culture interventions affecting employee engagement, leadership activation, employee wellbeing, recognition outcomes, and culture adoption.
