Banquet Sales & Business Development • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize banquet, conference, wedding, and event revenues. • Generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, travel partners, and other channels. • Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, referrals, database marketing, and market visits. • Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and property tours for prospective clients. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while maintaining profitability. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate accounts, event management companies, wedding planners, and key stakeholders. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event sales lifecycle. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and service excellence. • Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for effective resolution. Event Planning & Coordination • Coordinate with Operations, Banquet, Kitchen, Finance, and Facility teams to ensure smooth event execution. • Monitor event requirements and ensure commitments made during the sales process are delivered effectively. • Participate in pre-event planning meetings and post-event feedback reviews. • Ensure successful execution of conferences, exhibitions, social events, weddings, and corporate gatherings. Revenue & Performance Management • Drive banquet revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Prepare sales forecasts, budget plans, and revenue reports. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. • Optimize banquet space utilization and maximize revenue generation. Market Intelligence & Business Growth • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and emerging event trends. • Develop promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. • Maintain and update CRM/database of clients and business opportunities. • Represent the organization at industry events, trade fairs, and networking forums. Reporting & Compliance • Prepare MIS reports related to sales pipeline, conversions, revenue generation, and customer engagement. • Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial approvals, and contractual requirements. • Maintain accurate documentation of bookings, contracts, and client communications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Hospitality Management will be preferred.
