Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements: A strongly typed backend language such as .NET or Java, paired with front-end capability across JS, Node, and TypeScript.Ownership of the full delivery pipeline, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code such as Terraform or equivalent, and testing built in as standard.Leadership experience, ideally with a couple of stints at lead level owning a cross-functional team and its outcomes.Experience as a staff engineer who has owned technical direction without formally managing people is also relevant. Responsibilities: Lead technically and, in most cases, lead people too.Own delivery outcomes for a client engagement and set technical direction.Work as a full-stack engineer in practice, including backend, front end, infrastructure, and delivery pipeline ownership.Work alongside client teams, sometimes fully remote and sometimes on site.Travel into London on short notice when a client needs it.
