Requirements: Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experienceDemonstrable experience in a business analysis role with a track record of delivering complex or high-impact projectsAdvanced knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies such as BCS, IIBA, Agile, or WaterfallStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and deliver practical solutionsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executivesProficiency in process modelling such as BPMN and UML, and business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Jira Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end business analysis process for large-scale or complex projects, from initial scoping through to delivery and benefits realisationEngage with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business drivers, and requirementsFacilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirementsConduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, or transformationDevelop high-quality documentation, including business cases, process maps, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteriaTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with solution architects, developers, engineers, service managers, and project managers to ensure alignment Technologies: BPMNCloudNetworkSecurityUMLSupportJIRA More:
