We are a UK-based AI hyperscaler building and operating AI infrastructure and data centres across the country as part of the UKs growing sovereign AI capability. Our NOC Engineer will join our Operations Centre on a 24x7 basis as the first point of technical response for infrastructure alerts, incidents and service requests, helping keep customer-facing AI services stable and well supported. The role is fully remote for the remainder of this year, with candidates needing to be based roughly within a 60-mile radius of Bristol or Newport. This is a shift-based role covering a 24/7 operation, and we are seeking candidates who can start within the next six weeks.
