Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and networking.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux environments.Experience managing enterprise-grade firewalls and network troubleshooting.Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualisation and server deployments.Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA are desirable. Responsibilities: Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, user accounts, permissions, and integrations.Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, and IP routing while troubleshooting network issues.Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SQL Server, and Group Policies.Manage and support MS Hyper-V environments, including P2V and V2P migrations.Deploy and maintain MDM solutions and enforce security policies.Implement security best practices, conduct vulnerability assessments, and apply patches to maintain compliance.Configure and monitor SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS settings to optimise email performance.Provide 1st-3rd line support, troubleshoot issues, maintain IT assets, and improve IT workflows.Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and an up-to-date asset register.
