Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: Around 2–3 years experience within Salesforce, CRM, systems administration or IT supportHands-on experience administering Salesforce in a commercial environmentKnowledge of Salesforce users, permissions, objects, fields, reports and dashboardsExperience or knowledge of Salesforce Flow and automationStrong technical and analytical problem-solving skillsGood understanding of data quality, integrity and securityExcellent attention to detailConfidence communicating technical information to non-technical usersGood Microsoft 365 knowledgeA proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving systems and processesSalesforce Administrator certification would be advantageous, but is not essential Responsibilities: Administer, maintain and support our Salesforce platformManage users, profiles, roles, permissions and system accessConfigure objects, fields, page layouts, record types and validation rulesCreate and improve Salesforce reports and dashboardsBuild and maintain Salesforce Flows and automated processesIdentify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automationWork with departments to understand requirements and develop practical Salesforce solutionsMaintain data quality, including cleansing, imports, exports and duplicate managementSupport Salesforce integrations and troubleshoot data-flow issuesInvestigate Salesforce errors and resolve technical issuesSupport testing and deployment of new functionality and system enhancementsProvide Salesforce guidance and support to users across our GroupMaintain technical and system documentationProvide wider IT support including Microsoft 365, hardware, software and user accountsSupport employee onboarding and offboarding from a systems perspectiveWork with external IT and software providers when requiredKeep up to date with Salesforce developments and identify opportunities to improve how we work Technologies: CRMFlowHardwareSupportMicrosoft 365SalesforceSecurityOffice 365 More:
