Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with exposure across several of the following: Cisco / CCNP-level networking and Nexus switchingCisco ASA/FirepowerFortinet, Check Point or Palo Alto firewallsAWS and/or AzureWindows/Linux serversVMware ESXi/vSANLoad balancing and network monitoringDefender / Sentinel / SIEMHLD/LLD documentationITIL, incident/change/problem managementStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer-facing abilityThe confidence to work independently and take ownershipA resilient, can-do attitudeRelevant networking qualifications, ideally CCNP or equivalent Responsibilities: Provide technical support across complex customer environments and managed servicesTroubleshoot and resolve network and infrastructure incidentsContribute to solution design, HLD/LLD, implementations and technical projectsAct as a technical escalation point and subject matter expertWork within an ITIL-based service environment, supporting SLAs, KPIs and change/problem managementParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotaBuild strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of technical serviceOccasionally travel to customer sites, data centres and offices in Milton Keynes/Watford Technologies: AWSAzureCloudCiscoSupportITILLinuxLoad BalancingNetworkNexusSecurityVMwareWindows More:
