Salary: £34,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems.Understanding of warehouse operations and distribution environments.Experience delivering high-quality customer or user support.SQL reporting and query-writing skills.Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.Ability to build effective relationships with users at all levels.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on outstanding service and continuous improvement.Experience with iReports, RDT device support, ODBC reporting in Microsoft Excel, Oracle APEX, RedPrairie/Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS, PowerShell or other scripting languages, PL/SQL, or warehouse automation systems is desirable. Responsibilities: Provide support for Warehouse Management System (WMS) queries and issues.Collaborate with operational teams to assess requirements and identify productivity improvements.Work with system users to develop practical, supportable solutions.Support a range of business-critical systems alongside the wider systems team.Test and implement new processes, integrations, and third-party interfaces, including carrier systems.Deliver user training on systems and business processes.Manage system updates, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.Document processes and create user guides where required.Support occasional out-of-hours system changes and business-critical operations when needed. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused WMS Systems Analyst to support the smooth operation of warehouse management and business systems within a fast-paced distribution environment in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm schedule and a salary of £35,000 DOE.
