Salary: £27,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.Minimum 2 years experience in a hands-on IT support role, or a level 3 IT Support certification.Good working knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 and Windows Server.Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune.Good working knowledge of email and antivirus applications.Good working knowledge of PC, Mac, and laptop installation, diagnostics, and fault finding.Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including firewalls, switches, routers, and cabling. Responsibilities: We provide customer support to shop customers using PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.We visit local clients onsite to fix software and networking issues.We provide remote support to customers.We support Office 365 access and resolve PC, printer, and network router issues. We are recruiting an IT Support Technician for our long-established client in the Swadlincote area. This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. There is a significant level of customer contact, so strong customer service skills are important. We also visit local customers onsite, and fuel expenses are paid.
