Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: Proven Scrum Master experience within financial services, investment management, or another regulated environment.Strong experience implementing and embedding Agile practices rather than simply operating established frameworks.Excellent coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to engage confidently with teams at all levels, including senior leadership.A collaborative, hands-on approach with a passion for improving delivery and team performance.
