Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements: HNC or above in Computer Science, IT, Maths, Manufacturing, or a related disciplineExcellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships locally and internationallyExperience within the engineering or manufacturing industry, liaising with warehouse and production teamsParticipation in at least one successful ERP implementation, preferably INFOR LN within a manufacturing, engineering, or factory-based businessProject management skills with a history of successfully overseeing business system implementation and upgradesSQL skills and experience Responsibilities: We manage and optimise our business ERP system as a key user / power userWe analyse and translate business requirements into ERP system configurations and specificationsWe collaborate with Group IT and Digital Transformation on ERP configuration and customisation to ensure alignment with our business needsWe lead and develop training programmes for key users and end users on legacy and new business systems and functionality, including ERP CloudWe attend Group ERP training and conferences as a key user / power userWe provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to users and offer solutions to maximise efficiencyWe support key users in end-user training sessionsWe manage the maintenance of our existing ERP system and future migration to ERP CloudWe enter new parts into the ERP system and determine product type, including purchased, manufactured, subcontracted, or cost items, and complete BoMs, routings, and ratesWe update Bills of Material and the Product Configurator matrix for generic and manufactured products as requiredWe plan, maintain, and troubleshoot daily ERP usage across logistics, warehousing, production, and production planningWe update the ERP system with sales price book information and revisionsWe approve engineering drawings using our engineering drawing control system and update the ERP system accordinglyWe execute system upgrades in line with local and Group IT requirementsWe lead local systems and application testing in collaboration with Group IT and Digital Transformation to support a clean go-live implementationWe support data management, governance, process optimisation, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning Technologies: CloudERPInfor LNSupportMatrixSQLDevOps More:
