About this role
We are looking for a structured, proactive and service-minded Operations & Production Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on and varied role at the heart of our day-to-day business. You will work across production, operations, sales support and customer service, helping ensure that everything runs smoothly from production and delivery to our sales partners and customers. You will be in close contact with both our suppliers and our international sales partners and will play an important role in connecting the different parts of the business. Responsibilities Coordinate and follow up on production & sample orders, timelines and deliveries Support purchasing and other production-related administrative tasks Be a key point of contact for our sales partners regarding orders, deliveries and day-to-day enquiries Support our wholesale partners & customers with order updates, product information and delivery questions Handle general customer service enquiries in a professional and personal manner Coordinate closely with sales, design and the rest of the team Help improve internal workflows and operational processes Support the team with various day-to-day operational tasks Qualifications Experience from the fashion, textile or lifestyle industry is an advantage, particularly within production, operations or customer service Structured, organised and detail-oriented Hands-on and comfortable taking responsibility Commercially and service minded Fluent in written and spoken English Confident working with Excel and knowledge of MicroSoft BC, Shopify and/or JOOR is a plus What We Offer Opportunity to join a growing contemporary fashion brand A creative and collaborative working environment in Copenhagen Exposure to all aspects of production, operation and sales support The chance to contribute directly to the continued growth and development of the . garment If you are passionate about fashion and excited about joining a growing international fashion brand, we would love to hear from you.
