About this role
Make a real impact
Millions of people trust BrokerChooser's reviews to decide where to invest their savings, and increasingly, so do AI models. Your analysis will help shape how brokers like Interactive Brokers and Saxo Bank get judged, and how tools like ChatGPT and Gemini describe them to the people asking.
Alongside the core broker analysis work, you'll get hands-on exposure to one of the fastest-growing parts of what we do: measuring and improving how brokers show up in AI-generated answers, working alongside our AI Search Visibility team. It's a rare combination to build early in your career, and a real head start if you want to grow into it further.
What you'd do
• Research and analyze brokers. Dig into complex financial topics such as order execution, fees, hidden FX spreads, and payment for order flow, and turn them into clear, defensible findings.
• Contribute to content. Help produce well-researched broker reviews and articles that break down complex topics for retail investors.
• Support broker scoring. Help maintain and refine the scoring methodology that keeps our reviews rigorous and unbiased.
• Test platforms hands-on. Evaluate brokerage platforms directly: order execution, fees, trading tools.
• Get hands-on with AI visibility. Help track how the brokers we cover show up in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), and contribute analysis and content ideas that can move the needle.
• Work AI-first. Much of our research and reporting runs through Claude (Cowork and Claude Code), connected via MCP integrations to our stack: BigQuery, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and our content management system. You'll use these daily.
Who we're looking for
• 1-3 years' experience in investment management, brokerage, or a related field; you're building toward owning research independently.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling apart data and drawing conclusions you can defend.
• A genuine interest in capital markets, and curiosity about how AI is starting to reshape how people find financial information.
• Clear written and verbal English, able to explain complex topics simply.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-uncertainty environment where the playbook isn't always written yet.
• AI-savvy: strong at building workflows with the latest AI tools and making them part of how you work every day.
Nice to have: CFA studies or coursework in progress; experience in brokerage, fintech, or capital markets; a creative streak for fresh content and analysis angles; prior exposure to SEO, AI-visibility tooling, or agentic AI workflows (Claude Code, MCP, or similar).
What we offer
• A real 40-hour week. Flexibility that respects your life, not a euphemism for always-on.
• Remote-first. Work from home, with weekly office visits if you're in Budapest.
• Competitive salary: typically 1,400,000–1,700,000 HUF/month gross + bonus, based on experience.
• A rare specialization, with a growth path. Broker analysis plus early, hands-on exposure to AI visibility: a combination few analysts get this early, with a track toward more senior analyst or specialist roles.
• An AI-native way of working. Best-in-class tooling (Claude Cowork and Claude Code, with MCP integrations across our stack) and the space to build skills most analyst roles won't give you for years.
• Transparent feedback, with monthly performance discussions.
