About this role

Corporate & Individual Giving Manager

The Corporate & Individual Giving Manager grows Beverly’s PGH’s philanthropic network through corporate partnerships, individual giving, third-party fundraising, and strategic relationship development.

This is a growth-focused role for someone energized by people, relationships, and possibilities—someone who enjoys opening new doors, sees what relationships could become, brings creativity to strategy, and takes ownership of seeing the right ideas through to results.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new relationships with corporate, community, and individual supporters.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners and donors.

• Cultivate and solicit new supporters while deepening engagement and investment among existing relationships.

• Develop corporate giving, sponsorship, workplace giving, third-party fundraising, and individual giving opportunities.

• Research prospective partners and bring creative ideas and new approaches to fundraising strategy.

• Use donor engagement, giving trends, and fundraising data to identify where to focus efforts.

• Partner closely with the Executive Director and Development Team to advance relationships across fundraising, grants, volunteer engagement, campaigns, and other giving initiatives—connecting the right team members to the right opportunities.

• Collaborate on strategy and take ownership of moving agreed-upon ideas from concept to action.

• Represent Beverly’s PGH through networking, community outreach, and relationship building.

What You Bring

• A relationship builder: You have demonstrated experience in fundraising, business development, sales, partnerships, account management, relationship management, or a related field—with a track record of building relationships that lead to measurable results. You are energized by meeting people, making connections, and opening new doors. You naturally ask, “Who should we know, and what could we do together?”

• An opportunity seeker: You see possibilities and connect dots. You have experience turning ideas into real opportunities for engagement, investment, revenue, or partnership. You enjoy exploring new approaches and figuring out what could work, and you do the initial work to determine whether an idea has potential. You naturally ask, “What could we try?”

• A strategic thinker: You are curious and resourceful—you ask questions, dig, and find answers. You analyze internal data, external benchmarks, and market trends to spot opportunities and understand the why behind new approaches. When you identify a company, donor, or idea worth pursuing, you research, find the right people and connections, and determine a path forward. You naturally ask, “What is the data telling us? Who do we need to know—and how do we get there?”

• A results driver: You have a track record of turning ideas into action and relationships into results. You stay organized, manage a pipeline, consistently follow through, and create momentum. You naturally ask, “What’s the next move?”

• A collaborative teammate: You take ownership of moving work forward while recognizing that the strongest opportunities often cross teams. You share what you’re learning, bring ideas and recommendations forward, and connect the right colleagues when their expertise can strengthen or expand a relationship.

• A connection to our mission: You are energized by Beverly’s belief that every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and celebrated—and want to use your relationships, ideas, and energy to help grow that impact.

Education/Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in fundraising, business development, sales, partnerships, account management, relationship management, or a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred, with relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
