Position Summary:
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching Accounting and at least one additional tangential Business-related sub-discipline (e.g. Finance), maintain an active research and/or creative practice profile, and engage with contemporary technologies and methodologies. The appointee will contribute to undergraduate education, curriculum development, student mentorship, and institutional service within a collaborative and multicultural academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver innovative undergraduate courses in Accounting and at least one additional tangential Business-related sub-discipline (e.g. Finance).
• Integrate emerging technologies such as AI-assisted design tools, and interactive platforms into the curriculum.
• Develop and update course content to reflect industry standards and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain rigorous assessment standards.
Required Qualifications
• PhD in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• University teaching experience in the subject matter.
• Industry experience in teaching field.
• Commitment to excellence in teaching.
