The successful candidate will deliver high-quality training, assess learner progress, and help ensure that programmes meet industry needs and awarding body requirements. We are looking for someone with strong vocational experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Key responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions across LandPro programmesSupport learners to develop practical and theoretical skillsAssess learner work and provide constructive feedbackMaintain accurate records of learner progress and achievementContribute to course planning, development, and quality improvementEnsure training is delivered in line with health and safety requirementsLiaise with employers, colleagues, and external stakeholders as neededKeep up to date with relevant industry practices and standardsAbout you
You will ideally have:
Experience working in the land-based sectorExperience delivering training, teaching, or assessingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to motivate and support a wide range of learnersGood organisational and administrative skillsA relevant vocational qualificationA teaching or assessor qualification, or willingness to work towards one
