Educated to degree level or equivalent or have substantial relevant SEND experience.Teaching qualification or willing to be working towards - You will be required to obtain a Stage 3 full professional qualification (PGCE in post-16 education or equivalent) within 2-4 years of commencing lecturing duties within the CollegeGCSE Maths and English grade C or above or Level 2 equivalentExperience working with entry to level 1 learners with SEND and SEMHQualifications/CPD related to working with learners with learning disabilitiesExperience of working in Further Education or schools supporting learners with learning disabilitiesExcellent organisational and interpersonal skillsExperience of using Office software packages, email and web browsers
