You will have:
5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.Proven track record of securing a successful and positive culture.Outstanding behaviour management practitioner.Up to date knowledge in behaviour management including national policy, behaviour management strategies, inspection findings and statutory requirements.A profound understanding of the elements which comprise effective behaviour management.
