ā¢ Respond to and complete maintenance work orders across the facility ā¢ Repair doors, locks, hardware, and access systems ā¢ Troubleshoot and repair sinks, toilets, faucets, leaks, and clogs ā¢ Replace light fixtures and perform basic electrical troubleshooting ā¢ Handle general plumbing repairs and maintenance ā¢ Perform basic HVAC preventive maintenance, including filter changes and system checks ā¢ Patch drywall, paint, and complete minor carpentry projects ā¢ Conduct preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems ā¢ Order parts and supplies as needed ā¢ Travel throughout large facilities using a golf cart to support multiple buildings ā¢ Prioritize and complete work orders efficiently ā¢ Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment ā What We're Looking For Required Experience
ā¢ 5+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience ā¢ Experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or large campus environments ā¢ Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades ā¢ Experience with: ā¢ Plumbing repairs ā¢ Basic electrical work ā¢ Lighting maintenance ā¢ HVAC preventive maintenance ā¢ Painting and drywall repair ā¢ Minor carpentry

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr.
