⢠Respond to and complete maintenance work orders across the facility ⢠Repair doors, locks, hardware, and access systems ⢠Troubleshoot and repair sinks, toilets, faucets, leaks, and clogs ⢠Replace light fixtures and perform basic electrical troubleshooting ⢠Handle general plumbing repairs and maintenance ⢠Perform basic HVAC preventive maintenance, including filter changes and system checks ⢠Patch drywall, paint, and complete minor carpentry projects ⢠Conduct preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems ⢠Order parts and supplies as needed ⢠Travel throughout large facilities using a golf cart to support multiple buildings ⢠Prioritize and complete work orders efficiently ⢠Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment ā What We're Looking For Required Experience
⢠5+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience ⢠Experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or large campus environments ⢠Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades ⢠Experience with: ⢠Plumbing repairs ⢠Basic electrical work ⢠Lighting maintenance ⢠HVAC preventive maintenance ⢠Painting and drywall repair ⢠Minor carpentry

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr.
