As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will engage with clients to address their complex business challenges, leveraging your skills in SAP Technology to drive impactful results. Within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, you will contribute to the development of premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability for client engagements.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and mentor junior team members, guiding them through complex problem-solving scenarios. You will navigate ambiguity with confidence, using your analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions. Your role will involve managing client relationships, developing your technical skills, and contributing to business development activities. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your personal brand and deepen your understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and above - Leading and training staff to enhance team capabilities and technical skills - Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients - Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team - Staying informed on local and national business and economic issues - Engaging in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients - Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within the firm - Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to support client solutions - Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for process optimization and business transformation - Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to solve complex business issues - Embracing change and fostering an inclusive environment to drive innovation and creativity
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) - Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights - Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences - Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data processing - Engaging in strategic technology planning for business transformation - Embracing change and fostering innovation in client engagements
