Were now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Assistant to join our busy finance department and help deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll services. This post can be based from either our Head Office on Portland or in Poole in our patch office. About the Role Reporting directly to the Head of Payroll, youll be responsible for processing your own payrolls from start to finish and supporting wider payroll projects. Youll work closely with senior payroll colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of payroll operations, ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate. Main duties of the job The Payroll Assistant role at Agincare involves working within a rapidly growing companys finance department to deliver efficient payroll services. Qualifications Essential

Payroll experience is desirable but not essential. Strong Excel skills and confidence with IT systems are required. A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to changing demands, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines are important. A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team are also essential.
