Job objective: Drives the global product line strategy and execution, overseeing planning, market research, product lifecycle management, communications, international events, and the coordination of cross-functional teams Tasks and Responsibilities: Supports and prepares product line / area-specific global marketing plans Responsible for marketing planning of assigned product line(s) / area(s) Defines global STP approach and resulting value orientated pricing strategy Defines, conducts & evaluates market research and observations (customer requirements, market needs, competitor developments / environment, etc.) Supports / takes responsibility for PLC (new product development, customer requirements, portfolio definition, coordination of global registration priorities) Preparation of global product communication media and materials and additional sales supporting content Presentation of product line at international congresses and exhibitions Definition of content for training activities, planning and support of training measures Coordination / lead of cross-functional PLMT (product line management team) and/ or GNT (global network team) PMB (project management board) participation and/or support activities Professional competencies / Ideal candidate : Bachelor / Master degree: Natural Sciences, Marketing or Economics.
