We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. Deine Rolle und Aufgaben Program, commission and maintain PLC and SCADA software applications for process control and monitoring in battery production Troubleshoot and debug PLC and SCADA software applications on the shopfloor to ensure reliable and efficient operation Setting up, managing, and maintaining communication between production machines (PLCs, sensors, and other peripherals) and MES Develop and maintain technical documentation for PLC and SCADA software applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and optimization opportunities Dein Profil Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience in SW programming within a manufacturing environment Experience with HMI, PLC and SCADA software, preferably TIA Portal and Zenon Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, etc. Familiarity with PLC integration with MES or ERP systems Proven expertise in AI-driven robotics as well as the application of artificial intelligence to manufacturing process data and measurement data analysis.
